This Vinyasa flow class focuses on the fundamental yoga poses that make up a well-rounded yoga practice. Emphasis is placed on safe and effective alignment during poses and during the transitions between poses. Individuals new to yoga, and those who have been practicing for years will enjoy deepening their understanding of these core poses and the effects they can have on the body, breath, emotions, thoughts, and sense of becoming more centered. This class can be moderately vigorous as individuals flow from one pose to the next guided by their breath and the supportive guidance of the instructor.
A little bit about Coach Pegah:
Pegah has had a passion for yoga since 2002 and prior to that, she was a dancer for decades. She starting teaching yoga in 2010 and has not only taught literally thousands of hours of yoga, but taught hundreds of individuals to become teachers themselves in various teacher trainings.
In addition to yoga, Pegah is speaker, international trainer, and resilience expert who believes whole-heartedly in the transformative nature of coming home to oneself through periods of adversity.
Over the past 20 years, she’s cultivated a holistic approach to coaching and healing work, blending cutting-edge techniques and complimentary philosophies to inspire a completely new way of being in the world. She is certified as a Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neurolinguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, and Mental and Emotional Release Therapy, with additional certifications in Theta Healing (energy healing modality) and Huna (ancient Hawaiian shamanic studies) and she’s board certified Integrative Nutrition Coach. Most importantly, she loves bringing people together for the purpose of getting into their bodies and learning from their own inherent inner wisdom.

By signing up and attending this class, you are agreeing that you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to your participation in the Yoga Class or Workshop. In signing up for this class, you represent and warrant that you are physically fit and have no medical condition, which would prevent your full participation in the Yoga Class / Workshop.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Yoga Class or Workshop, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the program. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Yoga Class/Workshop, you knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim you may have against Coach Pegah, Pegah Kadkhdodaian and/or PKNY Health LLC from any injury or damages that may sustain as a result of participating in the program. You, your heirs or legal representatives, forever release, waive, discharge and covenant negligence or other acts. By purchasing a ticket for this event, you agree that you have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents.

By purchasing this ticket and attending the Yoga class/workshop, I authorize the host to use my likeness as recorded during my participation in this class./workshop. I confirm that I am an adult or in a minor under guardian of an adult who is fully authorized to my release for media captured during my participation in this event. Any photography, video works, and recording, and in any medium (including without limitation, print,publications, public broadcast, or other formats) and for any lawful purpose, including without limitation, trade, exhibition, illustration, promotion, publicity, advertising and electronic publication.
I confirm and warrant that no other party has been granted an exclusive license with respect to my image and/or voice, and no other party’s authorization or consent required with respect to the permission granted to the Released Party under this Consent and Release. By purchasing this ticket I waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the use of the Image and/or Voice or the advertising copy or printed matter that be used in connection with the use and/or publication of my Image and/or Voice. This release includes without limitation Claims related to the blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, digital alteration, use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, or use of a fictitious name, that may occur or be produced in the processing or publication of my Image and or Voice.
